Four Seasons, Yorkville
The Sutton Place Hotel, Toronto
The Prince Hotel, Toronto
Westin Harbor Castle Hotel, Toronto
Sherwood Inn Resort and Spa
During this period Luke was heavily involved in food and ice carving competitions in the region, twice competing in Frankfurt Germany and across Asia.
